The palette is intentionally quiet: walnut for the long-life plane, matte polymer for changeable geometry, felt and cork at contact points, and aluminium only where an edge or alignment cue benefits.
Material roles
No finish is asked to do every job.
Exact grades, sources and color samples are confirmed in the final quote because quantity, fabrication method, device heat and destination can change the right specification.
Matte module
Printed shells shape replaceable cradles and cable paths. Layer direction and subtle use marks remain part of an honest manufactured surface.
Soft interface
Wool felt, cork and silicone protect contact zones, add grip and make a high-wear insert easier to replace than the complete base.
Indexed fit
The magnet pulls; the geometry resolves the stop.
A shallow recess and alignment feature are intended to resist drift and rocking. Final tolerances and hold strength require a physical sample.
