Our error or defect
If a delivered part materially differs from the approved dimensional proof because of a production error, report it promptly with clear photographs and measurements for remedy assessment.
Transit damage
Keep every module and all packaging, photograph the outer carton and affected surfaces, and contact the supplied order channel as soon as reasonably possible.
