In transit
Tracking is shared where the selected carrier supports it. Delays caused by incorrect address data or circumstances outside the carrier’s control are handled case by case.
On arrival
Inspect the outer carton, walnut surfaces, modules and electronics if supplied. Photograph material damage before moving parts or discarding packaging.
